Andrew Ison is a specialized agent and broker with offices on St. George Island, FL.  After working for the largest real estate company on the Forgotten Coast for five years, he founded Beach Vacation Realty with an emphasis on bringing a personal touch to all things real estate on St. George Island, Apalachicola, Cape San Blas, Mexico Beach, and the surrounding coastal areas.  Andrew knows that every property is unique, and most people would prefer to deal locally and personally instead of using a mass commercial real estate company.  He has helped clients purchase a second home or vacation home and provided high-quality property management services needed for that same client.  Andrew and Beach Vacation Realty is focused on the coastal areas of Franklin and Gulf Counties!

Andrew spent childhood summers on St. George Island and, as an adult, was drawn back to the coastal area of the Forgotten Coast.  He has his Master Captain’s license and can provide fishing tips and sweet spots to those who inquire.  When he is not working, he and his wife lead a ministry in Eastpoint called the Gathering.  Andrew enjoys playing guitar in the worship band and leading a prison ministry at the Franklin County State Prison.
